Muzzle Flashes and VFX
Niko shares some tips and tricks for getting a perfect muzzle flash for any shot! Watch his fancy-finger moves across the keyboard! Don’t forget to check out the free stock footage at the end.
Instructions on how to use stock footage at end of vid:
1. Download this YT vid here: http://www.linkyoutube.com/watch?v=RtHe76pWfEs (doesnt work in chrome)
2. Open the video in your editing program, or After Effects
3. Set the In and Out points so that only the smoke puff is selected
4. Export the smoke puff. Now it’s ready to be used!
5. For the muzzle flash, just take a screen capture. Windows 7 = snipping tool. Mac = Cmd-Shift-4

I downloaded the Tutorial with Chrome, it worked. (Windows 7 64-bit)
Did you guys use FXhome for your 3D muzzle flashes in Frozen Crossing Alpha? I am asking because I would like to know how you guys made it really smooth, I do believe there is no way to track motion in FXhome.
A reason I knew was because you are listed under the community playlist under there Youtube Channel.

Search for a luma keyer when u find it set it to black and it will make to black dissappear

very nice tutorials and downloads.
in ur newst video u added (BF3 Coop) and u added tracer shots to the sequences. now there is a bunch of ways i know of but urs look genius. any chance of getting a tut on that??
