Snyder being hired for Superman simply for making 300 and Watchmen is just like when Kevin Smith said in an interview that the reason he was hired to write the Superman film back in 96-97 was probably because someone at WB heard the line in Mallrats about the Kryptonite condom and thought “This guy must know a lot about Superman”. I also read an article that said WB hired him simply because they have a 2012 deadline to meet for Superman. So of course, it’ll be a rushed production and movie’s gonna suck. It may not suck as much as Superman Returns (although it may suck on different levels, not necessarily story or casting as was the case with “Returns”), but it’s gonna suck in other places.
Btw, I get the impression that my ab exercise suggestion for Logan ALMOST got mentioned here. Thanks for trying to bring it up!!

I must say congratulations lads! I honestly had not noticed that an hour and seventeen minutes of my life had passed by while listening. Time well spent though, it was good craic!
Seeing as how everyone seems to be complaining about it not playing or saying something completely random I’d add something constructive!
I do agree with what you guys say about Snyder. Watchmen wasn’t bad though but I think it would have better faired as a TV series, could really build the great depth of the characters more that way. Only the money and quality just wouldn’t be there, it probably would have ended up looking like the V remake or something. I say fair play to Zack for trying what was labelled by many as impossible!
Also you should hold a competition to create a new business card for Logan! Like the photoshop one you held a while back. I get the gist from what was said that it is indeed a tad shite. Sorry Logan!!

This was really my first time listening to a podcast and well i’m definitely tuning in every week from now on! I’m from Canadia but if i can ever make it down for a roller coaster day (not this year haw) that would be bad ass.
Logan is hilarious, his retelling of the bible would be so amazing.

Wow, so last time when I made that comment about how I feel like as a female I’m not actually meant to be hearing these – that applied like 50X more for this one, especially the first half. 0.o That was… informative, in any event.
Anyhow, I also fenced for a while. I’m left handed, and it’s true, people were sooo tripped up by it. I was also nerdy enough in high school to buy one of those dirt cheap Chinese manufactured samurai swords. And shurikens. Oh the times, the times. Oy vey.
We saw a bit without Logan there. WAY different.
LOL’ed hard about the wizard metal intro which sounds badass. About the sword thing, you can wear them around as long as you have a concealed weapons licence which isn’t to hard to get well in my state anyway and well I can’t wear mine around because then all my neighbors call the cops to report a crazy beaner with a sword lol
