I won’t really get into the sheer audacity of thinking our opinions and inane ramblings matter enough that people would bother to take the time to, you know, listen to them. But regardless, that audacity is on full display here, as we try out a podcast.
For our younger listeners, please note there’s some slightly salty language in here.
I’m joined by Facerocker’s very own Matt Arnold (you may remember him from the road trip) as well as Logan Olson, the Most Ridiculous Guy I Know (and who you know as the other Jedi A-Hole, and the guy who 360 No Scoped Shenae Grimes away from me).
We didn’t have anything really to discuss, except for the fact that these two often have hilariously divergent opinions on video games. So give it a listen and let me know what you think!
Of course, I’m working on recording quality and all that, and future episodes will probably gear more towards movies, but come on – we’re nerds. We like to talk about nerdy stuff, and that covers everything. Tutorials and VFX stuff doesn’t quite work as well in this medium because you really need a visual aid for all that, but if you have any suggestions or thoughts as to what you want to hear, let us know in the comments!

i lovedd it but i think it show have different parts like not just one pig part of video games, and movies hbout one part of video games then one part of talking about ur youtube and video then one part about movies and one part about programs and ect.. but all in all i loved it
Or they can go the funny route and not give a damn, I honestly wouldnt care. Thats why i like the RT podcast

The Rooster Teeth ‘Drunk Tank’ podcast just rambles on about whatever, with Gus generally “railroading” them, and it is probably the best podcast out there. I think Freddie’s group (especially Logan!) are funny enough to be able to work with that semi-random format.
It would be cool if they could have people as guests, such as people who were guests in videos.
Hey Freddie, I was surprised when listening to your pod cast, during the part discussing about scariest games, how the Aliens Vs Predator game on pc didn’t make anyone’s cut.
Playing that game as the marine only, is terrifying. Playing as a Pred or Alien isn’t scary because you have high tech weapons or can see everyone… BUT!
As the Marine, you cant see Black Aliens, or Cloaked Preds, and all these things can Kill you easily, all you have, is this Scary ass Motion Detector that beeps when stuff is out there…
There were times, where I needed to check around a corner in that game, and I would try to peek around my monitor to gain an advantage… Give it a try!
The original AVP on the PC was great. I wasn’t a fan of the new one… at all. The original (and first sequel I think) hold up even with old school graphics.
haha I agree, the new ones just like the movies of AVP…. not so great.
I don’t know if I agree with Alec Baldwin being in the movie though, I think the time machine should be a Shelby Cobra, and Staring Nick Cage! instead of Gone In Sixty Seconds, its “Gone Back Sixty Seconds” b/c his time machine can only go back in time 1 min at a time, so it takes a long time to go back and visit Hitler..
Loved it. Reminds me of the Drunk Tank, which heretofore has been my favorite podcast. That might change, though, if you can keep this up. When you finally get it up on iTunes, you will have one subscriber here!

Hey guys, i really enjoyed the podcast; nice work. I do have a suggestion for you though. It could just be a section, but maybe you could discuss other youtubers/youtube channels. Like i heard you talking about real life cheat codes (or something like that), which i did watch, but you didn’t really discuss the people you worked with, such as DeStorm. You could also address Smosh or other famous people you’ve met. Lastly, i’m not sure if you can or can’t, talk about airsoft. I’ve recently gotten interested in airsoft, but it looks like you use BB guns (yes, there’s a difference) in your videos. Thanks, keep up the good work, and i’m looking forward to upcoming videos and tutorials from you.

The original Jedi Knight was so boss, I played that to death online and offline.
FPS has got to be the least timeless of all game genre though, as much as I loved that game I couldn’t replay it. I tried and it was terrible, not even the nostalgia could make up for there being only two different lightsaber swing attacks.
MetalSlug, a side scrolling shooter, on the other hand is even older but anyone can still enjoy it.
